Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver to Ekiti (Ado-Ekiti and Ekiti State), Ilesha, Ibadan, Akure, and Ilorin. Choose your area rate at checkout. Full notes: Delivery Policy.
What are your delivery charges?
Within Ado-Ekiti, delivery charges range from ₦500 to ₦2,000 depending on your drop-off area. Regional cities (Ilesha, Ibadan, Akure, Ilorin) have destination-based rates shown at checkout.
How long does delivery usually take?
Within Ado-Ekiti, delivery is same-day and usually completed within a maximum of 1 hour after confirmation. Deliveries outside Ekiti State (Ilesha, Ibadan, Akure, Ilorin) take up to 72 hours for chilled transit.
Do you have your own riders?
Yes. We have our own riders for local Ado-Ekiti deliveries.
Do you use dispatch companies?
Yes. We also work with vetted professional dispatch companies, especially for regional deliveries outside Ekiti.
What happens if an order cannot be delivered?
Customers will be notified promptly (phone call or SMS) so we can reschedule or arrange an alternative.
What are your ordering hours?
Online orders are accepted Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Orders are prepared fresh and dispatched during active hours.
Can I schedule my delivery or pick up in-store?
Yes. At checkout choose Delivery or In-Store Pickup (free collection at our Ado-Ekiti hub), then pick a date and time slot where offered. Prefer a supermarket near you? Choose Partner Supermarket to find stockists and pay in store (not on the website). Full store list: Where to Buy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For website Delivery and In-Store Pickup we accept the methods shown at checkout (including Paystack and Bank Transfer where enabled). We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Partner supermarket purchases are paid at the supermarket till.
Where can I buy SmahChills in a supermarket?
Drinks and Greek yoghurt are stocked at partner supermarkets and malls across Ado-Ekiti, Ilesa, Ibadan, and Ilorin, including NAO, Ducno, Staleg Mall, Chino, and Havana Mall. Full list: Where to Buy. You can also choose Partner Supermarket at checkout to see stores near your city. Prefer home delivery or hub pickup? Order online.
How should I store drinks and yoghurt after delivery?
Keep Greek yoghurt refrigerated (2°C to 6°C) and consume opened tubs promptly. Shake bottled drinks well, keep chilled, and check the best-before date on the pack.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo if you have one. We’ll follow our refund and delivery policies to make it right. Policy links are in the site footer, or go straight to Contact.
