1. Ordering Hours

We accept online orders from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) (closed Sundays). Orders placed during these hours are queued, prepared fresh, and dispatched quickly.

  • Outside Ekiti State (Ilesha, Ibadan, Akure, Ilorin): Delivered within 72 hours with dedicated chilled packaging.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees within Ado-Ekiti range from ₦500 to ₦2,000 depending on your exact drop-off location. Delivery charges to other supported cities are calculated based on destination.

4. Delivery Scheduling & In-Store Pickup

Need your order at a specific time? At checkout, you can schedule your preferred delivery time or date. Alternatively, select In-Store Pickup to pick up your freshly prepared order at our SmahChills store in Ado-Ekiti at no extra charge.

5. Payment Methods

We accept Bank Transfer. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted to ensure smooth fulfillment and maintain cold-chain safety.
